BEI Northwest (BEI) is an independent precious metals and asset protection company. BEI was originally Incorporated in 1994 in the state of Washington under the name Brooks Enterprises, Incorporated. In 1996 the company moved to Oregon as Brooks Enterprises, Incorporated of Oregon. In 2005, the company returned to Washington as Brooks Enterprises, Inc. Northwest (BEI Northwest). BEI is a member of the Industry Council for Tangible Assets. The company also acts as consultant for the Asset Protection Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. BEI has served clients in more than 20 states and in Canada.

President and CEO
BEI President and CEO, David B. Upham, is a seasoned veteran of the financial services field for over 40 years. For 30 of those years, he worked in or managed commercial banks in the Pacific Northwest. He retired from banking in 1993 and formed BEI.
For 13 years, Dave was President and CEO of a community bank in Washington state. While there he helped many individuals, families and companies build their futures. In the process, has planned corporate budgets, invested millions of dollars and trained many people.
Dave graduated from both Whitman College and the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School with honors. He has served as an economics and banking instructor for the American Institute of Banking, various community colleges and Christian High Schools. Dave has also hosted radio and television talk shows, owned and operated his own movie theater business, and much more.
He now divides his time between company business, writing, family and local church activities.
